Light That Failed Brings Arrest "The light that failed” resulted in Joe Weber, Negro, 1010 Fayette St., being arrested on a blind tiger charge. Sergeant O'Connor and squad Wednesday night noticed an auto at Walnut and Missouri Sts., being driven by Weber without lights.
