HOUSE THROWN IN UPROAR AS MEMBERS CLASH Mississippi Democrat and New York Republican in Near Fist Fight. Bit United Press WASHINGTON, April I—A ne.ir fist fight between Representatives Rankin, Mississippi, Democrat, and Mills, New York. Republican, occurred in the House today, when the Judge English impeachment case was called up. The two members were prevented from coming to blows by Sergeunt-at-Arms Rogers and several Democratic members. Rankin became angry when Mills requested him to withdraw a de raand for a quorum call. They exchanged several inaudible words before Rankin made,a strenuous effort to engage in physical combat with Mills. "You can't insult me,” Rankin shouted, "you dirty, contemptible scoundrel.” 'it took four Democrats and Rogers to keep Rankin from springing onto Mills.
