CLARY BETTER; SLIGHT SCAR Man, 70, in Alleged Plot, to £ Be Arraigned Soon. Grafton A. Clary, 70, accused of conspiring with Mrs. Ruth Gipprich, 26, to kill her husband, Leo Gip prich, 3134 N. Illinois St., has almost recovered at the city hospital from a blow said to have been administered by the husband, when Clary atempted to attack him. He will soon be arraigned on the conspiracy charge preferred by the Marion County grand jury some weeks ago. With the exception of a slight scar on the forehead, Clark shows no physical effect from the alleged blow with an iron pipe. “Thank God, I’ll soon be out of here,’’ Clary said. “It certainly has seemed an age since I came—a long, long nightmare. I want to go home to my dear wife. Isn’t it wonderful that she forgives me? There’s the best woman in the world,” he said.
