TOUR MEN FACE HOLD-UP CHARGE Grand Jury to Get Evidence on 95-Cent Bandits. The Marion County grand jury today was to hear evidence gathered by detectives which accuses four men, one white and three Negroes, of holding up a garage attendant and a pedestrian and getting a total loot of 95 cents. The men, William Bright, 24, of 2242 College Ave.; Wilbert Buckner, 17, Negro, 1551 Martindale Ave.; John Galbreath, 26, Negro, 1404 Yandes St.; and Arthur Swanagan, 18, Negro, 949 Paca St., are held under SIO,OOO bond, the charges being robbery and conspiracy to commit a felony. Detectives Young, Allen, Hardy and Jones say the men all admitted their complicity in the hold-up of Charles Pearce, 1634 N. Alabama St., last Thursday when they obtained 95 cents. NOT TO PRESENT CASE Unless* a request is received from Wayne B. Wheeler, national AntiSaloon League counsel, Dr. Edward S. Shumaker, Indiana League superintendent, will not present the case of prohibition law results from the standpoint of the drys before the Senate Investigating Committee in Washington, he said today. “I have made no plans to attend the hearing,” Shumaker said. His Health Ruined By Constipation Tells How Ho Got Quick Relief. No Sign of Trouble Now. ‘‘For five years I suffered with liver trouble and constipation. My bowels were so sluggish they would hardly act more than once a w T eek. My complexion was yellow and I was all run down. My appetite was poor and I had a disgust for food most of the time. I went down to 136 pounds, and my vitality was so low I just had no pep at all. I felt lazy and wanted to sleep all the time. I tried different medicines and nothing did me any good. Then a relative recommended Viuna. Before I had taken half a bottle I felt better, and by the time 1 had taken the second bottle I had gained 4 pounds and could eat anything, had a good, healthy apppetite and was feeling fine. All that drowsiness was gone and I would get up in the morning full of pep. It has been three months since I bought by first bottle of Yiuna, and I believe I can truthfully say that I am entirely well. I have gained 20 pounds, and never felt better in my life.”—Paul D. Bragdon, 1523 Cedar St., Anderson, Ind. Viuna acts promptly bn sluggish bowels, lazy liver and weak kidneys. It purifies the blood, clears the skin, restores appetite and digestion, and brings new strength and energy to the whole body. Take a bottle on trial. Then if you’re not glad you tried Viuna, your money will be refunded. $1 at druggists, or mailed postpaid by Iceland Medicine Cos., Indianapolis, Ind. VIUNA The vegetable regulator

At Big Bend, Wls., Is a large farm, maintained by Daniel W. Norris. The farm swarms with boys, who work and run it. At some time or other all the boys have been arrested. A mysterious chart which hangs on the recreation room wall tells all who can decipher it that the boys’ past life is forgotten. If you start at the correct point and travel in a continuous line, touching every letter once only, you will spell a complete sentence which represents the aim of the faim. Last puzzle answer: The San Antonio town crier paid SSOO ior two horses. The cheaper horse cost him but it was balky and he was glad to get rid of it for $112.50. Ilis loss on this horse was $12.50 or 10 per cent. The other horse cost $375 and on this one he made $37.50 or 10 per cent, for he sold It. for $412.50. This makes a total of $525 that the town crier received from his sales, or a profit of $25 which is 5 per cent. MAYOR TO TRAVEL Mayor Duvall soon will take a business trip to the South with Virgil Vandagrifft, Cotton Belt Land and Development Company president. Duvall will be out of the city for about a week.
