FRANK TO SPEAK HERE Wisconsin President Will Address Teachera in October. Glenn Frank, University of Wisconsin president, will speak at Indiana State Teachers’ Association meeting Oct, 21-23, It was announced today by C. O. Williams, secretary. Frank, the youngest university president In the country, was formerly editor of the Century Magazine. He will speak at Cadle Tabernacle. Other speakers are: Rabbi Stephen S. Wise of New York; Whiting Williams, noted sociologist, formerly of Gary; Elwood Cubberly of the University of California, and Frank Hunter, superintendent of Oakland (Cal.) schools. / APARTMENT AUTHORIZED Jjarge Structure Will Be Built on Washington St, Site.
