MARKET HAS GREEMBEANS Reappear After Absence of Ten Days. Green beans, after being absent from the city market for ten days, were back on sale today at 60 cents a pound. Egg plant, which reappeared Tuesday, sold at 25 to 10 cents each, according to size. Strawberries were lower at 70 cents a uart. Chinese celery was selling 20 cents a stalk. Head lettuce ranged from 10 to 20 cents a pound, and leaf lettuce was 20 cents. Other market prices Included: Green peppers, two for 15 cents; sweet potatoes, 10 cents a pound and new potatoes 15; rhubarb, 15 and 20 cents & pound; domestic endive, 15 and 20 cents a head; red cabbage, 10 to 12 cents a head; cucumbers, 30 to 40 cents each; peas, 30 cents a pound; tomatoes, 15 cents a pound; apples, 15 cents a pound; Grimes Golden and Russets, 10 cents a pound; grapefruit, three for 25 cents; oranges, 40 to 60 cents a dozen; lemons, 30 to 40 cents a dozen, and pineapples, 40 to 50 cents each. Chickens and butter continued steady, chickens being 42 to 50 cCnts a pound and ducks 50 cents. Eggs, were 42 to 50 cents a dozen. No price changes were noted in the fish division. Halibut, whiteflsh and salmon sold at 35 cents a pound; crappies and white perch, 20 cents, and carp and mullets, 15 cents a pound. FARMER FOUND DEAD Bv United Press RICHMOND, Ind., Feb. 18.—Haart trouble was believed today to be the cause of the death of J. W. Bennett, 72, prominent Wayne County farmer, found dead In a barn on his farm.
