THIEVES ARE BUSY IN CITY Two Hold-ups and Purse Snatching Reported. Two alleged hold-ups, a purST snatching, a pickpocket caae and several thefts and attempted burglaries were reported to police today. Robert Robeson, 1121 Windsor St., foreman at a garage. 321 Ellsworth St., told police he visited the place late Thursday night to fix the fire and a Negro stuck a gun in hla face, took a bill fold and sls and ran. Charles Anderson, Negro, 720 Maple St., arrested on an Intoxication charge, said he been held up and robbed of $22 by two Negroes. Miss Jean Geiger, 1739 N. Meridiun St., said ahe was walking near Seventeenth St., when a youth seized' her purse containing $6 and (led. Misa Virginia DuckwaH, 3818 N.
