STOP SIGNALS URGED Club Asks lights for Rear of All Street Cars. An ordinance requiring stop lights on rear of all street cars -’ls urged by Englewood Hustling Hundred, a civic organization headed by W. T. Quilltn. C. L. Moran, who presented the resolution, said they were used in other cities. Street cars stop suddenly, without sufficient warning to motorists at present, Moran charged. Shirley urged passage of an ordinance requiring street cars to stop, upon being approached from the rear by a funeral procession, until the procession passed. Congressmen were urged to oppose the movement to adopt the world court proposal.
