SUPER EINSTEIN THEORY IS SEEN BY SCIENTIST Views of Experts at Association Meeting Sharply Conflict. By David C. Dietz. (Written for the United Press Association.) KANSAS CITY, Mo., Dec. 30. The world is on the threshold of a super Einstein theory—a theory that will prove as startling and dazzling in comparison to the Einstein as that theory did in comparison to previously accepted views. This statement was made today by Dr. Charles E. St. John, astronomer of the Mt. Wilson observatory, one of the world’s greatest authorities on the Einstein theory. Dr. Dayton C. Miller of Cleveland, president of the American Physical Society, threw a bombshell into the scientific world when he announced at yesterday’s session of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, that his expertments disproved the first half of the Einstein theory. A second bombshell was exploded at today's session of the association when Dr. Stl John announced that experiments which he had been conducting also at Mt. Wilson at the same time that Dr. Miller was working there, gave results in strict accord with the Einstein theory, and

Cooley, grocer, at 1533 Cruft St., Tuesday night, so today he has his money and a bullet wound in the arm. The two colored bandits who attempted the hold-up are at large Cooley said he felt the men werq bandits when they entered. One asked for a box of breakfast food and Cooley raised it in the air to throw it at the man. A bullet from the bandits gun struck a pair of scales and probably saved Cooley’s life “I stooped for a club under the counter and as I raised up a shot struck my arm from the fleeing bandits'gyn,” Cooley said.
