PUN rod WORK ON CATHEDRAL Scottish Rite Construction ) to Start by June. "Work on tho new $2,000,000 Scottish Rite Cathedral is expected to get under way by June, John E. Milnor, building committee secretary, said today. The new structure will have a frontage of about 300 feet on the west side of Meridian St., between North and Walnut Sts.
