WASHINGTON, Dec. 22.—Increasing interest of labor organizations in thp tariff is shown by the announcement that many important international unions will be represented at a conference on the subject to be held hare under auspices of the People’s Reconstruction League, Dec. 28 and 29. Governors of several States will also send representatives. Among labor organizations to be represented by the chief executives or other officers are the United Mine Workers of America, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, the International Association of Machinists, the Glass Bottle Blowers’ Association, the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, the United Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employes, and most of the railway workers’ organizations.
