PLAN NEW YEAR’S EVE y Many Persons Make Reservations for Elks’ Party. More than 800 persons have already made reservations for the annual New Year's Eve party to be given by the Elks’ Club, W. O. Taylor, secretary, said today. A special program is being arranged by J. Ray Monaghan, entertainment chairman. Elks plan to give away about 200 Christmas baskets this year. John Dubus is chairman of the Christmas committee. INDIANAPOLIS IN PRINT Leading Article In Postal Telegraph Magazine Deals With City.
