In It, 1400 Men and Women, many of whom own stock in the Company and share in the profits of their own good work, build VALUE into every Richman suit, topcoat and overcoat. They are steadily employed for 50 weeks of every year and paid for 52 weeks, enjoying a two weeks’ vacation with pay. Every Working Hour, They Are Busy producing Richman’s Clothes in sufficient quantities to meet the ever-increasing demands of Richman customers. The Growing Business of 19 Richman Stores of the Richman mail order department—and of Richman Agents all over the country—is evidence of the APPRECIATION of men who know VALUE and find complete SATISFACTION in the good clothes these earnest men and women produce. We Know but One Way to Show Our Appreciation in Return — by giving our customers of „ today clothes of which we are justly proud—clothes which we make ourselves and which we KNOW represent the greatest VALUE we have been able to give during all the 46 years of Richman history.
