ALL-STAR BILL ARRANGED FOR TIMES PROGRAM Actists Known All Over County to Broadcast, Starting at 9 p. m. Get ready to tune in over WFBM, Merchants Heat and Light Company, Bt 9 tonight as The Times’ All-Star fadio program begins at that time. For its first All-Star program, the Times from its studio at the Hotel Sever! n will assemble artists not only known in Indiana but over the jentne country. Promptly at 9, Miss Fritzie Ridgeway, famous movie star, will step before the microphone to announce the All-Star artists. The great program will be as follows tonight: 1. Charleston Barred at Hoosier Club SOU can’t dance the Charleston at the Hoosier Athletic Club. Not only has the architect warned that the dance Is dangerous to the building, but the entertainment committee has said nix. Some of the young members persisted, it is said, and were asked to leave the floor. One membership card was canceled. FIFTEEN TO BE ARRAIGNED ON BANDIT CHARGE Record Day Faced by Criminal Court —Klinck and Gentry to Appear. When the last arraignment of the judicial term takes place Monday morning before Criminal Judge James A. Collins, fifteen men will answer charges of auto banditry, robbery and petit larceny. This is the largest number of persons arraigned on such serious charges this term, it was said. Efforts of local police to rid the highways of bandits is believed responsible. Those facing charges are: William Brinson, Artie Bishop, Charles Lewis, Charles Taylor, Robert Day, John Krockran, Melvin Butler, Vinard Drake, Ray Richey, Charles Rodger, Hrebert Kimbrew, Nick Sandus, Damon Graham, Hubert Thising and Willard Hanna. Earl Gentry and Earl Klinck will answer to the charge of conspiracy to commit arson. Indicted with the two were D. C. Stephenson, ex-Klan leader now serving a life sentence at Indiana State Prison for tlva murder of Miss Madge Oberholtzer, and Fred O. Butler. Stephenson’s former secretary, now a fugitive. The charge grew out of the burning of Stephenson’s home in Irvington. James Utley will answer the charge of murder. To date the names of sixty-three persos are on the calendar for arraignment. According to William Schaeffer, grand jury deputy, about thirty more names will be added before Monday. .
