In Criminal Court Thursday afternoon by Judge James A. Collins because Officer Louie Schneider who arested Brooke lost his notes. “I haven’t the sllghest idea where they are,” said Schneider. He informed Judge Collins he didn’t .remember when the arrest took place or where Brooks waa.alleged to have been speeding. “Discharged,” said Judge Collins, “You can’t expect me to try a man, If you haven’t anything on him.” Brooks appealed from city court where he was fined S2O and costs.
