CHURCHES MAKE READY FOR THE CHRISTMAS TIDE Pastors, Young People and Societies Plan Events. SHE Christmas season has practically arrived in the churches as plans are being made for many yuletide-events. Choirs are getting ready for rehearsals and the women of many churches are planning Christmas bazaars. The Sunday schools right now are planning their Christmas entertainments. Gifts for the poor will be placed on Christmas trees for unfortunate children. Cantatas and other musical events will be included on the Christmas program of many churches, One of the sure signs that Christmas is approaching is the announcement >by the women of many churches that their annual Christmas bazaars will be held soon. The annual Christmas bazaar of the Central Universallst Church will be held Thursday. A chicken dinner will be served at night from 5 to 7:30 o’clock by the women. There will be numerous booths.
