The wine, all of which was more than six years old, was hidden in an underground vault. Police, destroyed it. REMY ADDRESSES CLUB Prosecutor Says Today’s Crime Is Not After Effect of War. Eighty-five per cent of the present day criminals are under 21 years of age and for that reason, today’s brime can not be charged to the after-effects of the war, asserted Prosecutor William H. Remy at the Optimist Club* luncheon Friday at the Claypool. He said law enforcement is as strong as its weakest link.
