FIND TOMATO CANNERS GOOD Report Made After Inspection of Factories. The majority of tomato canning factories inspected in a special survey by tho chemical division of the laboratory of hygiene, State board of health, during the fiscal year which ended Sept. 30, 1925, were in either fair or good sanitary condition, according to the annual report of I. L. Miller, head of the division. Miller reported fiifty-eight as good, ninety-two as fair, twenty, poor and three bad. Os the 393 samples of

products taken the factories, 103 were Ulegal. The bad conditions found were due largely to Improper sorting and washing, Miller said.
