JURY ORDERS TRIO HANGED Three Bandits Found Guilty of Murder. Bn Vnitei Pres* CHICAGO, Nov'. 20.—A jury, after nine hours deliberation, early today returned a verdict of first decree murder against Ilenry J. Fernekes, notorious midget bandit-, John Flennery and Daniel L. MeGeoghegan, for the killing of Michael Swiontkowski during the holdup of the Pulaski Building and Ldan Association last March, and ordered that the trio be hanged. Defense attorneys will appeal. NEW HOME CELEBRATED Sigma Delta Kappa, national collegiate law fraternity, will celebrate the opening of its new chapter house at 3210 N. Illinois St. tonight with a buffet supper ajid smoker. The home was formerly t lie residence of Charles Bookwalter. Judge W. \V. Thornton of State Supreme Court will speak on “Early History and Experiences of the In dianapolis Bar.” Honor guests will include Governor Jackson and Federal Judge Robert C. Baltzell, Rep resentative Ralph Updike and L. Ert Slack, former district attorney, and other Indianapolis judges. APPLY SAGE TEH TO DARKEN FADED HI Common garden sage brewed into a heavy tea. with sulphur and alcohoi added, will turn gray, streaked, and PL faded hair beautifully dark and luxuriant. Mixing the W ]h Sage Tea and SulI p phur recipe at home, I jC though, is trouble- \ some. An easier way is to get the w ready-to-use preparation, improved by the addition of other ingredients. It is known as Wyeth’s Sage & Sulphur Compound and can be obtained at all' drug stores for only 75 cents a bottle. While gray, faded hair is not sin ful, we all desire tp retain our youthful appearance and attractiveness. By darkening your hair with Wyeth’s Sage and Sulphur Compound, no one can tell, because it does It so naturally, so evenly. You just dampen a sponge or soft brush with it and draw this through your hair, taking one small strand at a time: by morning all gray hairs have disappeared. After another application or two your hair becomes beautifully dark, glossy, soft and lux uriant and you appear years younger.—Advertisement.
