GOOD BUSINESS PREDICTED FOR COKING YEARS Indianapolis Wholesalers, on Courtesy Trip, Are Optimistic. With the post-war Inflation period vanishing, and business on a steady upgrade, fifty Indianapolis wholesalers predicted, barring unforseen events, continued improvement for a four-year period, on the Chamber of Commerce courtesy trip to Ko- j komo and other cities Thursday. It was the last trip of the season. Retailers in the towns visited were confident and reported rural conJli- | tions better than a few months ago. Kokomo merchants were guests at 1 a luncheon at the Frances Hotel. Barret Moxley, Kiefer-Stewart Company president, commented on the congenial relations between Indianapolis and Kokomo. Ability Tested Herbert P. Sheets, National Retail Hardware Association secretary, said the ability of American business men is being tested by whether they are able to forget the Inflation period conditions and meet present needs. Other speakers were A. Kiefer Mayer, who presided; O. D. Haskett, new safety board president, and W. r Oollghtly, Kokomo chamber presi-

“Weak and Puny”
“1 WENT fishing one day, a heary storm cam* up and I got soaking wet in the tain,” sava Mrs. Ora Carlile, of Ore City, Texas, whose picture appears above, telling of the serious complications that followed this exposure. “I was afflicted with awful smothering spells,* she continues. “My mother had some Cardui in the house that she was taking, so she immediately began giving it to me. In a few days I got all right I continued the use of Cardui for a while to be sure that my recovery was permanent. ' “liist fall I got run-down in health. I was weak and pnny and I began to suffer. I would get so weak I could hardly walk. Having taken Cardui before, I sent to the store for a bottle of it and began to take it Almost from the first dose I could feel the improvement “I wrote to The Chattanooga Medicine Company for the Home Treatment Book, and as soon as I got it I began taking Cardui according to the directions that specially fitted my case. It wasn’t long nntil I was feeling a great deal better. “I am much, much better now. Ido not feel like the same woman 1 was last fall. My appetite is good now and I’m sure it’s Cardui that’s made it pick up, for in the fall I had no relish for food at all, while now Pm hungry for my meals.* Your druggist knows; ask him.
