BUILDING TO BE ERECTED SOON Realty Company Plans Garage and Warehouse. Erection of a three or four story building at the southeast corner of Market and Alabama Sts., to house a garage and warehouse Is contemplated by the Alabama and Market Realty Company, incorporated for $200,00. Ninety-nine year lease has been signed for the ground with sixty feet frontage on Alabama and 195 feet ori Market St. John R. Fifty representatives of Indianapolis wholesale houses today made the last fall courtesy trip of the year under auspices of the Chamber of Commerce wholesale division. State convention of Indiana Council of Religious Education June 16-18 at Richmond was planned by trussees today, E. T. Albertson, secretary, said. A week-day religious education bill similar to the one Governor Jackson failed to sign In last Legislature will be introduced at the next session of the Legislature, Albertson indicated. Indiana will send 100 delegates to the international convention at Birmingham, Ala., in April. RADIO CASKET SAN FERNANDO, Cal., Nov. 19. —S. R. Kimball, rancher here, has placed an order for a $1,200 casket equipped with a radio receiving set. THIRTY OTHERS TO BE INDICTED ‘Higher-Ups’ in $9,000,000 Beer Plot Are Named. Bu United Pree* CHICAGO, Nov. 19. —Thirty new Federal indictments are expected before the end of the week in connection with the alleged $9,000,000 a year beer conspiracy. They are In addition to the indictments of the Boston & Maine Railroad, the Gilt Edge Brewery Company of Boston and twenty-six railroad employes, dry agents, Chicago policemen and truck drivers. “Higher ups” will be named, it was hinted. Between 3,000 and 4,000 •railroad carloads of beer have been shipped from the Gilt Edge brewery to Chicago since the first of this year, Federal agents said, Involving men all along the way. The grand jury still is In session. David Allen, manager of the brewery, is on his way to Europe, officials here have been informed.
