Rice, director of the State Pasteur Institute, said In his annual report today. Northern Indiana had only a few cases. Ninety-two patients were treated without deaths or bad results. CAR COMPANY FORMED Interstate Concern Will Rebuild Railroad Cars. Organization of the Interstate Car and Foundry Company, to operate at the Interstate Car Company plant, 3832 Massachusetts Ave., was announced today.
