BUYS MEET IN BEER CAPITAL’ Anti-Saloon Convention Opens in Chicago. ’Rv United Press CHICAGO, Nov. s.—Forces of prohibition convened in Chicago today in the greatest rally for temperance and sobriety in the history of the Nation at the twenty-second national convention of the Anti-Saloon League of America. United States Senators, Congressmen, Governors, former Governors, preachers, business men anil prohibition enthusiasts from all walks of life rubbed elbows in hotel lobbies and convention headquarters. “The tight for prohibition has just begun. Our next battle ist ot perfect enforcement and promote observance. The flush of our first victory must not result in dropping the fight to the wets.” These were the slogans broadcast from convention headquarters. For five days Chicago, notorious as the "beer capital” for its beer runners, bootleggers, alcohol merchants and gunmen, becomes the dry capital of the country. The executive committe, of which the Rev. W. B. Farmber, Indianapolis, is a member, went into session behind closed doors this morning. BUSINESS MEN ELECT C. O. Brittan, G. Hedrick, Edward S. Saylor, J. J. Steele, J. T. Kortepeter, AV. L. Cook and George (Swomeyer, are new' directors of the Southeastern Business Men’s Association. A membership campaign among business men in the southeast ■ section of the city was planned at a meeting AVednesday night.

Blrls! Try this! When combing and brushing your hair, just moisten Jour hair brush with a little “Danderine” and brush it through your hair. The effect Is startling! You can dress your hair immediately and it will appear twice as thick and heavy, an abundance of gleamy, wavy hair, sparkling with life, incomparably soft, fresh, youthful. Besides beautifying the hair, a 35cent bottle of refreshing, fragrant "Danderine” from any drug or toilet counter will do wonders, particularly if the hair is dry, thin, brittle, faded or streaked with gray from constant curling and waving, which burn the color, lustre and very' life from any woman’s hair. “Danderine'’ acts on the hair like fresh showers of rain and sunshine act on vegetation. It goes right to the roots, invigorates, nourishes and strengthens them, stopping falling hair and.helping the hair to grow thick, healthy and luxuriant.—Advertisement.

Too Tired For Housework? Beware of Chronic Fatigue
Thousands of tired, nervous, rundown women would be surprised to learn that in most cases their fatigue, nervousness, headaches, backache, etc., are due not to daily housework, but to the fact that they are really suffering from —chronic fatigue. Chronic fatigue is entirely different from the ordinary “healthy” fatigue you feel after a good long walk. Chronic fatigue comes from within. must strengthen your system by restoring this organic iron to your blood. But don't take the older mineral iron medicines which many doctors now say do little good. Take organic iron—Nuxated Iron —which is like the iron in your blood and like that in spinach and lentals. Unlike ordinary mineral iron, it will not injure the teeth or disturb the stomach, but is promptly assimilated. Take Nuxated Iron for just two weeks and you’ll be astonished how much stronger -and more energetic you feel. Money back if not improved. At all good druggists.—Advertisement.
