The Conservative party of Canada, led by Arthur Mlghan, has overthrown the Liberal government of McKenzie King, Canadian premier, returns today from the general elections showed. The conservatives have w r on about 130 seats. A total of 123 is necessary to give them a clear majority in Parliament, but it was generally conceded that with the help of a few independent and progressive votes, Mighan can form a ministry.
