CARPENTERS TO BE KEPT BUSY Instruction Being Given at Technical High, Indianapolis carpenters are looking forward to a busy building season during the winter and spring months, it was learned at the local carpenter 1 union headquarters, 531 E. Market St. Several journeymen and apprentices are receiving instruction in carpentry and allied trades at the free night school at the Arsenal Technical High School. Building will continue through the winter months, the only halt coming when adverse weather conditions prohibits outside work, officials believe. The majority of apprentices are recruited from young men in the industries and there are not many applications for apprenticeships fro mthe "white coll at’’ ranks as in other cites, it was said.
