REPORTER FOR COURTS IS UP Announcement Made by State Official. For the first time sinae the creation of the offioe in 1851 the reporter of the State Supreme and Appellate Courts is up-to-date in the compilation of court decisions. This was announced today in the annual report of Mrs. Edward F. White, former deputy assistant attorney general, who took- office the first of the year. Since the first of the year decisions on 3,380 points of State law have been compiled, the report said.
