LAST OF LUCAS LIQUOR IS GONE Seller, Given Sixty Days on Guilty Plea. The last of the liquor supply said to have been the property of "Big Jim” Lucas, former -Indianapolis policeman, who was shot and killed last spring, is gone and the alleged seller is In JalJr. waiter Oox, 838-40 N. Capitol Ave., former city policeman, ex-marshal at Beech Grove and ex-horsethlef detective captain, was sentenced to serve sixty days In the Marlon County jail today by Federal Judge Robert C. Baltzell on liquor law violation charge. Cox changed his plea to guilty. He admitted that he received elx cases of "Big Jim’s" supply, and Iwd sold all but three bottles of It 1 when he was arrrested by Federal prohibition agents. In his testimony he told the court that he had sold the liquor to taxi drivers and hotel bellboys.
