Council is scheduled to consider the new code, Sept. 21. DEAR MR. FIXIT: Will • you please look after School 6 on Union St.? The children in the red building have no lights. consider the lives of the. people first. But that has not been vhe case in regard to Garfield Park Dr., where it opens into Southern Ave. near the Pensylvania Railroad. Years ago the driveway was made for vehicles drawn by horses; therefore, it is very narrow.. Twq Javg? briefc pillars stand on each side and shrubbery obstructs the view. Cars are allowed to park in the driveway up to these pillars. Property owners have filed complaints about this matter. The strubbery was chopped down last year, but this year it has grown up. M. V.
