Fight on the part of the State highway commission to compel the Monon Railroad to share the cost of a new bridge across the National Rd., at Putnamville, was transfered to the Putnam Circuit Court today. The highway commission In a suit which made the Public Service Commission defendant, asks a complete review of the case and the orders of the service commission set aside. The service commission refused to order the railroad ti share'the costs. Norma Talmadge Will Be Featured in ‘Graustark’ on The Circle’s Ninth Anniversary Bill Next Week

Next week the Circle will observe its ninth anniversary ns a movie playhouse, and the management has decided to stage a real party. Ace Berry has chosen Norma Talmadge in "Graustark” as the chief movie event for next week. The Circle Concert Orchestra returns after the summer vacation period, with Bakaleinikoff on the conductor's stand. Huston Ray, a concert pianist, will be the special stage attraction for the week. To show the improvements made in the movies the Circle will also presnt '“The Great Train Robbery,” which was produced in 1910. Here are three different scenes showing the various stages of the development of the story of “Graustark," a First National picture, coming to the Circle next week. Norma Talmadge, who plays the lead, Is pictured above. the policy was to change the bills twice a week. During the past nine years only three pictures have been held oner for two weeks. They are “The Kid,” “Robin Hood” and “My Four Years in Germany.” Only one picture was changed after the second day showing; it was “The Jack-Knife Man.” The players who have become stars and whose pictures have been shown at the Circle in the last nine years 1 are Norma Talmadge, Constance Tal- ; madge, Mary Pickford, Douglas Fairbanks, Corinne Griffith, Colleen Moore, Milton Sills, Lillian Gish, Richard Barthelmess and Charles Chaplin.
