a woman was screaming for help. She was not found. Chapman heard an auto start near his home, but Mrs. Dean’s car was found there. Chapman said it was a different make auto that started. A man told the police of an experience with a woman in an auto, near the‘scene. She was intoxicated, but drove a different make auto from that cf Mrs. Dean and v was not the same general description, police say. Two other men associates of Mrs. Dean, said she left them at SeventyFifth St., and White River at a camp when she became enraged and drove away without them. She had been drinking, they said. A post mortem examination at the hospital revealed that the stomach contained no liquor, Robinson said. Marks of Scuffle Sheriff Hawkins said marks of a scuffle were seen where Sixty-First St. leads onto the railroad, and he believes two men and a woman were there. Police seem to believe Mrs. Dean was intoxicated and wandered up the tracks and was struck by an early morning train going in the opposite direction from the one that found her. Usury was practiced in Ancient Mesopotamia in 1950 B. C. If a farmer had no seed to sow in his fields, he had to agree to give grain lenders 30 per cent of the crop.
