GRAIN FUTURES FINISH HIGHER Bulls Force Wheat to New Low Mark. Bit United Press CHICAGO, June 26.—Grain futures finished mostly higher on the Chicago board of trade today. Spot wheat showed a fractional loss reflecting weaker cash premiums. ' Liberal selling by eastern bulls forced wheat to new lows on the present movement. After mid-day, buying based on fair exports confirmation of reports that southwestern farmers were holding grain, started a rally. At this point the market was found to be heavily oversold. Buying of good value continued to the close and absorbed most offers for profits. Indifferent continental demand forced spot wheat off after regaining the day’s losses with futures. Exports totalled $300,000 wheat and the. same amount of rye. Corn showed more resistance to selling pressure and turned strong with distant wheat. Cash business showed great improvement. Receipts were lighter. Oats followed corn to higher levels. Packing houses bought provisions. Trading was brisk. Chicago Grain Table —June 26 WHEAT— Prev. Open. High. Low. Close. close.
