MANY SECURE GUN PERMITS Men Say They Need Weapons for Protection. More than 126 permits to carry revolvers have been issued since May 19, it was announced today by Albert H. Losche, county clerk. All have been driven to men who said they need weapons for personal proteertson. Several were granted two permits, one to use a gun for practice shooting and the other for protection. Many persons have to be refused permits, because they fail to bring two resident freeholders with them or are unable to give the number and accurate description of their weapon when tiling out applications, Losche said. Twenty-three dealers have been granted permits to sell firearms. [YELLOW CaTtO MOVE •Company Will Be in New Quarters Next Monday. Yellow Cab Company, 622 N.
