CTUDIO The Memorial day exercises from Arlington national cemetery Saturday, May 30. will be broadcast by WEAF and the A. T. & T. chain stations that are always linked together for national events. President Coolldge will be the principal speaker. The United States Marine Band will play. The ceremony will start at noon, central standard time. On June 3 the Shrinere of America will gather In Los Angeles for their annual convention. A feature of the meeting will be the presence of some fifty bands from ell parts of the United States. These bands will be put on the air from station KFI, Lob Angees. every evening during the convention from 9 to 10 p. m.. central time. KFI Is one of the most powerful stations on the coast. It operates on 469 meters. WPG, the Atlantio City station, Is now operating on a wave length of 299.8 meters.
