GREGG AND SON USE PHRASE TO URGE SERVICES Suits and Topcoats Now Cleaned for Price Os sl. Goodness! Gracious! Greggorize! No, It isn’t anew catch phrase from the latest musical comedy; It's the way* that Gregg & Son, Inc., the cleaners and dyers, whose main plant Is at Madison Ave and Ray St., have of calling attention to their excellent and economical cleaning service. And Its more than a mere phrase phrase. It Is a bit of advice that will be api>peciated by every man who knows that It pays to look one’s best. For there Is no reason for wearing a soiled suit of grimy topcoat when, ft>r the moderate price of SI.OO either of the garments will be Greggorlzed and returned to the owner looking like new. Odorless Cleaning Greggorizing, as everyone knows who has patronized this big cleaning establishment, Is a process of odorless cleaning by which a garment te restored to Its original freshness, cleanliness and shape. Not everyone, however, realizes the extent of the service that goes Into the clearing proces—a service that begins when the customer calls Dx-exel 7600 and asks to have a driver call for his suit and does not end until the suit has been cleaned, pressed and returned In a protecting cover. Many Service Steps Between the telephone call and the rejuvenated suit there are many service steps; the suit is washed in a huge tank of highly refined naptha, spots are carefully removed by an expert workman, and. as the finishing touch, the suit or coat Is given a tailor-pressing, which makes It look just as It did when It first came from the tailor’s shop. All this service may he had for $1 by calling Drexel 7600.

CAFETERIA AT HOTEL ENGLISH IS COOL PLACE Soothing Music and WellCooked Food Make Pleasant Eating When all the world Is sunshine and pavements at noon send back a reflection of glaring heat It is delightful to find such a place to lunch as the Hotel English cafeteria. The heart of the deep woods could not be more quiet and refreshingly cool; light filters through windows of stained glass and Is reflected In many long mirrors, and the music Is not the blare of a noisy jazz orchestra but the soothing sweetness of a violin playing familiar melodies of other days. In such an atmosphere it would be easy to enjoy any food, but, on the other hand, such food a n Is provided at the Hotel English cafeteria could be enjoyed in any atmosphere. The menu is varied, the dishes are well prepared and the food Is testafully served. Guests at the Hotel English, of which the cafeteria is a part, eat here in preference to any other place, and members of the stock company at the English Theater this summer make the cafeteria their home when meal time comes. The many tables, however, always leave space for the tired and hungry shopper or business man. It Is only a few steps from the shopping district to the cafeteria entrance at the northwest corner of Meridian St. and the Circle.
