Police Chiefs Will Meet Here in July
Yeggmen, light-fingered pickpockets, confidence game workers and other members of hte bandit fraternities are planning their trips via other cities than Indianapolis, on July 13, 14, 15 and 16. Commissioner Enright will probablyjbe here from New York, Morgan A. Collins from Chicago, a man from Scotland Yards, and several from Canada.
