LAWYER FORFEITS S2OO Client Is Not in Court, and Judge Calls for Bond. “I'll cure these attorneys who go on client's bonds,” said Criminal Judge James A. Oolllns Tuesday afternoon when Fred Fonifleld, lawyer, was required to forfeit S2OO when John Brody, 741 N. DeQulncy, failed to answer charge of driving an automobile while under the Influence of liquor. Bonifleld was required to forfeit a $1,600 bond Monday when another client was absent. Brody appealed from city court. LITTLE TRIP TO FARM Judge Gives Sentence and Fine on Blind Tiger Charge. Carmine Delatore, 525 Lord St., began a sixty-day sentence on the Indiana State farm today following conviction Tuesday by Judge James A. Collins on charge of operating a blind tiger. He was also fined S2OO anJ costs. Delators appealed from City Court where he received a similar sentence and was fined $250 and costs. Joe Forrest, 1505 Fletcher Ave., charged with operating u blind tiger, was discharged.

Klan Circus Opens Thursday
Representatives of Marlon County Ku-Klux Klan announce that all details relative to their charity circus, have been taken care of and that the opening performance of the nine days engagement, is scheduled to start at 7:30 o’clock Thursday night.
