PLANES TO IFLY OVER SPEEDWAY Machines Will Give Extra Touch to Race. Two De Haviland “4’s,” United States Marine Corps airplanes will fly over the Speedway race course May 30, it was announced today by Capt. J. D. Colomy, in charge of the Marine Corps recruiting office in the Federal Bldg. The planes, attached to the First Aviation Grdup, will fly from Quantico, Va„ and will arrive one or two days before the race, Capt. Colomy said. They will make their landing at Schoen Field, Ft. Harrison. One plane will be stationed inside the avol at the speedway during the race and the other will make several flights. Twenty new planes with all-steel fuselage have been built for the Marine Corps at Quantico, Colomy said, and the two coming to Indianapolis may be among that number. KINCADE CASE VENUED Alleged Slayer of Father to Face Jury at Tipton. Bv Times Special NOBLESVILLE, Ind., May 15. Case r>t Lee Kincade, charged with the murder of his father, James J. Kincade, has been venued to Tipton. Kincade was convicted last October, but was granted anew trial by Judge Hines. BAN ON RED AUTOS RIO DE JANEIRO, May 15.—N0 privately owned automobile in this city can be painted either red or white, as these colors are reserved exclusively for the city to decorate its municipal cars.

Efforts to establish George Dillon, 19, of St. Louis, as the slayer of Ids father. Dr. William A. Dillon, has proved the youth to be a mysterious person. It has been learned that he forged credits to gain admit.ance to the University of Kansas aid that he spent money lavishly. Police say he hed a gay life while at school, sleeping in the daytime and being out all night. He insists he was in Lawrence, Kan., the day Ills father was slain at St. Louis.
