CITY WON’T PAY BILL FOB WALET Plan Commission Must Revise Expense Accounts. Items for valets and potters, charged in expense accounts of members of the city plan commission who attended the recent national conference at New York, must be removed before city will authorize payment, Joseph L. Hogue, city controller, said today. Mayor Shank said five expense accounts of commission members were not excessive, since they covered one week. Expense accounts (lied to date are: Gustave G. Schmidt, $165.53: J. W. Atherton. $164.78; Prank C. Llngenfelter, city engineer, $160.43; Albert M. Maguire, $151.60, and Thomas L. Dillon, $140.60.
