Morris St., is one of those skilled in the marble playing art. Raymond Brown, 13, of 1407 Nor dyke Ave., won second in the finals. District games today were to be played at 3 p. m. at sehool No. 76, W. Fourteenth St. and Belle Vieu Place. Last neighborhood game in The Times annual city marble tournament will be played Friday at Lueretia Mott school No. 3, 23 N. Rural St. Neighborhood champs will play for the city title about May 15 at Willard Park.

Moss of Marion, today filled vacancies on the State board of education. Benjamin J. Burris, president of the Eastern division of the State normal school, was reappointed to the board by Governor Jackson.
SUSPECTS FACE SECOND CHARGE New Harmony Cashier Identifies Three. Harry Pierpont. convicted in Kokomo, Ind., Wednesday for his part in the hold-t4t of the Kokomo South Side State Bank several weeks ago, Charles Northern and Thaddius “Whitey” Skeer, also held for participation in the same robbery, were identified in the courtroom Wednesday as the same trio who robbed the New Harmony (Ind.l Bank and Trust Company March 10 and escaped with SII,OOO. The identification was made by F. L. Steelman, cashier, who said Northern was the man who knocked him unconscious, according to Harry Webster of the Indiana Rankers' Protective Association, who took him ther^. Steelman also, identified S4OO in Liberty bonds, found in the possession of Skeer and Pierpont, when they were arrested in Detroit. Mich., by Pinkerton detective operatives, some time ago as those taken from the New Harmony Bank. PYTHIAN SISTERS MEET Annual Slate Convention Opens at East Chicago. Bu Times Special „ EAST CHICAGO.
