John Marnlee, 17, of 1960 Ralston Ave., today entered suit in Superior Court for ss,o<’fl damages from the railroad. * According to Charles Kaelin, al torney. Marnlee and his younger hrother, sons of Mrs. Emma Mat'll lee. a widow, were picking coal from the railroad track, and had started home. N T ear Hovey and Pike Sts., two detectives employed by the rail road jumped from an auto and chased the hoys down the road, flr ing 37 shots, the suit alleges. Tho shooting took place a year ago.
