HEftlS HUES STREET AFTER LATE PRESIDENT \ Ebert Honored When Budapester Strasse Is Changed. Till United Presn BERLIN, April 29—The capital of the German Reich has now a Friedrich Ebert street, named after the late president. It is near the Reichstag where he experienced his first political triumps. The decision to name a 'street in Berlin after Ebert was reached after much heckling and bickering among the city fathers of the various parties, of which there are in Berlin city hall even more varieties than in the Reichstag. Finally the morion of the socialist to rename Budapester street, which is in the heart of that city, * leading from Rotsdamer Plntz lo the Brandenburg Gate, was rechristened once more. Its original nnme was Koenigr-K--ra9tzer street in memory of the Prussian's victory over the Austrians nt i'Coei'iggraetz in Bohemia in 1866. . This name was changed over night into Budapester street when FVanz i Joseph, Emperor of Austria, came [to visit Berlin, and from the PotsI darner station to the Brandenburg Gate had to pass through that street.

Marott, shoe dealer, said today. § “Indianapolis deserves and should have a Federal Reserve Bank. If a city like Louisville has one, we should also,’’ Marott said. Such a banking house would greatly aid Indianapolis banks, it is said. At present all such business is done through Chicago. An effort was made to secure a depository here more than a year ago when Felix M. McWhirter was president of the Chamber of Commerce. Frank D. Stalnaker, president Indiana National Bank, was a member of a committe which asked the Chicago board for an auxiliary.
