Prom Boyd Avenue, To a Point 1230 Feet West of Boyd Avenue. More particularly described as follows; Beginning at the Sewer in Boyd Avenue at Southern Avenue: thence west ill Southern Avenue to a point which 1* 30 feet east of the east property Hue of the first alley cast of Shelby Street. Said sewer shall consist of Vitrified Pipe 12 Inches in diameter. And said sewer, with all its appurtenances, shall be constructed in accordance with the profile and specifications now on file In the office of the Department of Public Works of said city.
