VULGAR LEADER BLAMES REVOLT ON COMMUNISTS Soviet Leader Says Europe Has ‘Habit’ of Holding Moscow Responsible. By Alexander Zankoff Premier of BuUarla (Copyright. 1925. by United Press) SOFIA, April 21.—1 beg to bring to your knowledge the following facts. The recent abominable outrage at the Svetl Krai Cathedral, which killed 200 and wounded 400 prominent Bulgarian citizens, is the result of an Inhuman conspiracy against Bulgaria conceived a long time ago and whose object is selfevident. After unsuccessful attempts to make western and central Europe bolshevik, the Third Internationale nnd the Russian government directed all their efforts toward the Balkans and especially toward Bulgaria ■which they wished to use as a base for their further destructive activity. Having failed completely in their efforts to start a revolution of the popula.tion, the communists recently organized several attacks and murders. The recent attack upon His Majesty King Boris, the assassination of General Georgeheif and the cathedral outrage are the fruition of a well-laid communist plan to destroy at one stroke all the representatives of the central government and commanding army officers In order to bring anarchy to Bulgaria and border countries. steps. On April 17 it proclaimed martial law and It will permit no disturbances. But the Bulgarian forces are limited and we think we deserve the support of the whole civilized world, as the fight in which we are involved against our will is a light of law and order against violence and anarchy. Soviet Charge Rakovisky, in a statement to the United Press in London yesterday, denied that the Russian government had anything to do with outrages in Bulgaria, pointing out that there were revolutionary centers at Belgrade and Athens, much closer to Sofia than Moscow. Rakovisky added that It was the tendency of capitalist countries to blame the Soviet government for all such outrages as that at Sofia.
