Indiana, by General Ordinance No. 27, 102d', duly passed by the common council of said city and approved by the mayor on March 31, 1933. Said ordinance being as follows: General Ordinance No. 37, 1035. AN ORDINANCE to divide the City of Indianapolis into six councilmanic districts, delining tho boundaries thereof, repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinanci and fixing a time when same shall take effect.
