OIL RATES TOO HIGH Commission .Orders New Freight Rates on Saute Fe in Indiana. 41 Bu United Press WASHINGTON, March 21.—The Interstate Commerce Commission today decided that carload rates on petroleum and its products from Oklahoma to Indiana on the Atchison, Topeka & Sane Fe Railroad and other railroads were unreasonable.
