ss Committee Member Approves Mitchell Program, v Bu United Prear. WASHINGTON, March 9.—Development of national defense air policy similar to the one advocated by Brig. Gen. William Mitchell, assistant chief of the Army air service, was recommended today by Representative O'Sullivan, Democrat, of ConecticUt, who represented the House Aircraft Committee at the anti-aircraft aemonstralton last week at Fortress Moproe, Va., in an official report on the respite of the tests. O’Sullivan urged the formation of a military policy in which "aircraft shall play the most important part." "The demonstrations," O’Sullivan reported, "are conclusive in that they demonstrated, first, that warfare today is a radically different thing from the series of heroic episodes which made possible this republic; and secondly, it devolved upon our military experts to meet this changed condition.” Acrying child wants attention but a coughing child needs attention.
