m jrly head of the ex-service men’s d'vislon of the Republican State committee, Is working on the bill which would make the consolidation possible. While none of the existing boards would lose Its identity, thousands of dollars would be saved by the elimination of duplicated work. Dr. Miller said. An executive secretary would supervise the general functions now performed by the individual boards’ secretaries, and a unit ocffle in the Statehouse would replace the present large number. Should pending legislation providing for a separate board of chiropractors be enacted, this board also would come under the proposed consolidation, Dr. Miller thought. Because of Interest in the consolidation bill to be drafted, Dr. Miller was erroneously reported to have been working toward consolidation of the present medical board and a chiropractic board.
