Halliburton. wealthy merchant. Miss Mellon was bound and gagged shortly after midnight by two men and carried from her home. She was found an hour later lying on the street under a street light. Mule Turns Turtle When firemen from fire house No. 1 received a call Tuesday that a mule had turned turtle, they rushed to the rear of 35 S. Belle Vieu PL, thinking perhaps they might view a reincarnation. Upon their arrival they found a mule upon its back in an excavation. Firemen, with the aid of block and tackle, soon had the animal on its feet again.

RETIRED GROCER DIES Barnett G. Henry, 80, Will Be Buried Friday. > Funeral services for Barnett G. Henry, 80, for many years an Indianapolis grocer, who died while visiting a son in Chicago, Tuesday, will J be held at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Clifford Seward, 1426 N. King Ave., Friday at 2 p. m. Buriat in Floral Park cemetery. Mr. Henry retired from the grocery business here about six years ago. He the oldest surviving member of the Wichita Tribe, Improved Order of Red Men. Red Men will have charge of the funeral. He is survived by three daughters, five sons, four brothers and two sisters.
