LEE CAPTURED - IN BROWNCOUNTY Bandit-Killer Returned to Cell. Bn Times Scecial FRANKLIN, Ind., Jan. 29^—Ralph Lee, alleged bandit and charged with the murder of Abner Peek, Indianapolis grocer, in a hold-up, was back In county jail today with anew and heavier lock on the cell from which he escaped Monday evening. Lee was captured late Wednesday afternoon at the home of Sam Holden, twenty m’les southwest of here, where he had formerly lived. Holden did not know Lee was under arrest, andttook him In when he came to the door half frozen. Golden’s home is in the heart of the Brown County hills, nestled in a deep ravine. Lee surrendered peaceably. He was unarmed. Am effort to expedite his trial will be made. County Prosecutor John P. Wright said, as a result of the escape. Lee’s case was venued here from Marlon County.
