West St., according to Lieutenant Johnson and the police emergency squad Le Roy Peters, 20, colored, 642 Johnson St., has a bullet wound above his right knee, and Schuyler Law, colored, 876 Darnell St., has one in his head. Spears and Hadley said they fired when the men started to flee after the police walked into the store. Peters had an old, unloaded gun in his pocket, police said. Both prisoners are under high bond on burglary charges. Law is at city Jjospital and Peters at city prison. Both have police records, police said. FUGITIVE TRACED FO INDIANAPOLIS ‘Shoot to Kill' Order in Search for Lee, Following reports that Ralph Lee, 28, who escaped from jail at Franklin, Ind., Monday, was seen in Indianapolis, police and detectives were ordered to “shoot to kill" if they encountered him. Lee was in Franklin on change of venue from Marion County on charge of murdering Abner Peek. Indianapolis grocer, during a hold-up. After seeing a picture of the fugi tive, E. F, Baker, 1216 Hoefgen St., milk wagon driver, told Police Capt. Herbert Fletcher he believed Lee was one of two men he hauled from Shelby and Orange Sta. to Alabama and Washington Sts., at 8:80 a. m. today. Police squad was rushed to n, poolroom near Meridian and Hanna Rd., after it was said Lee had been there from 1:30 to 3 p. m. Tuesday. Search of the neighborhood was fruitless. Persons who believed they had seen Lee said he wore a rainqoat and slouch hat. ,
